EzyRides.in provides taxi booking services through WhatsApp communication. Our services include:

One-way and two-way taxi services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are made through WhatsApp communication. You must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is made directly to the driver after completion of the journey. We accept cash and digital payments. Fares are calculated based on distance and service type.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur charges.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking information
Be present at the pickup location on time
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
Follow safety guidelines during the journey
Pay the agreed fare upon completion

EzyRides.in is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for service provision and is never shared with third parties without consent.
